Oral Presentations
Duration: Each oral presentation is scheduled 10 minutes in total (plan for a 7–8-minute presentation with a short Q&A discussion).
Format: Deliver your slideshow in PowerPoint (file extension .pptx). Use a widescreen 16:9 screen format.
Presentation Template: There is no mandatory template for presentations. Authors are free to use their institutional or custom designs. However, you need to put MIGARS logo on the left top of each slide.
On the Day of Presentation: Submit your presentation file to the assigned room or contact person as indicated. Arrive at the presentation room 15–20 minutes early to meet the session chair and test your slideshow. Movies or animation heavy slides should be tested to ensure they work as expected on the room’s equipment.
Poster Presentations
General Guidelines
Dimensions: Recommended format is A0, portrait (vertical) orientation. The poster is not required to fill this entire space, but it cannot be any larger than the allocated size. No additional media support or standing desks are provided.
Printing: We recommend that all poster presenters bring a printed copy of their poster to the conference. However, if you are unable to arrange printing due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request complimentary poster printing from the Organizing Committee. To avail this service, please email info@migars2026.org on or before 13 July 2026, with the subject "Poster Printing Request", and attach the editable version of your poster. The Organizing Committee will print the poster on your behalf at no additional cost. Requests received after 13 July 2026 cannot be accommodated.
Session Time: All accepted poster papers must be presented during both the poster presentation sessions scheduled on 21 July 2026 and 22 July 2026. Authors are required to be present at their posters during the designated presentation slots on both days to interact with participants and respond to questions. Failure to present the poster during either of the scheduled sessions will be treated as a no-show, and the paper may become ineligible for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
Design Guidelines
Official Template: There is no mandatory template for posters. Authors are welcome to use their institutional or custom layouts. However, you need to put MIGARS logo on the left top of the poster.
Final Checks: Proofread your poster for spelling, grammar, and clarity. Make sure all contact information, references, and acknowledgments are included and formatted in appropriate font sizes. Consider adding a QR code linking to the PDF version of your poster for easy digital access.
