Registration

1. For accepted papers, at least one author must complete registration and present the paper in person for inclusion in the conference technical program and proceedings.

2. Each accepted paper must be supported by a separate paper registration. Authors with multiple accepted papers are required to register each paper individually. A single registration cannot be used for more than one paper.

3. Paper registration covers only the presenting author of the registered paper. Co-authors who wish to attend the conference must register separately under the attendee category.

4. Researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students without an accepted paper are welcome to attend the conference and should register under the attendee category.

5. For Full Paper submissions, the final camera-ready manuscript must be exactly four (4) pages in length and must incorporate all reviewer comments and suggestions.

6. Registration will be considered valid only after successful payment and verification by the conference organizers.

7. All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Participants are advised to carefully verify their registration category, paper details, and payment information before completing the registration process.

The 2026 MIGARS conference features exclusively onsite presentations, offered in either oral or poster formats. Registered participants preparing a presentation for the conference are invited to check the recommendations:

Payment Instructions

Registration fees should be remitted to the bank account provided below. Participants are requested to carefully verify the account details before initiating the payment to avoid incorrect or failed transactions.

Payment may be made through:

  • Bank account transfer using internet banking or mobile banking applications.

  • UPI-enabled payment applications and other digital payment platforms linked to your bank account.

After completing the payment, please retain the transaction details, including the Transaction ID / UTR Number / Reference Number, and keep a copy of the payment proof (payment receipt or screenshot) for verification purposes.

Important: Submission of the registration form is mandatory for all participants. After making the payment, participants must complete the registration form provided below and upload the payment proof along with the transaction details. Registration will be processed and confirmed only after both the payment and the registration form submission have been successfully received and verified by the conference organizers.
