Presentation Schedule and Important Instructions for Authors

The conference presentation schedule is attached below. Please download it and read it carefully before attending the conference.

All authors are required to present their papers only during their assigned presentation sessions. Requests for changes in presentation sessions or time slots will not be entertained.

Poster Presentations

• All poster papers must be displayed and presented on both 21 July 2026 and 22 July 2026.

• Poster presentations are organized into three poster sessions. The detailed poster session allocation and poster board numbers will be displayed at the conference venue.

• Authors must be present at their posters during their assigned poster sessions on both days.

All authors are requested to strictly follow the Presentation Guidelines available on the conference website.

Awards and Certificates

The MIGARS AI4Earth Challenge awards, Best Paper Awards, and participation/presentation certificates will be distributed only during the Valedictory Session.

Certificates and awards will not be emailed or sent by courier after the conference. All participants must collect their certificates and awards in person during the Valedictory Session.
